We have various website domains for sale and UK registered trademarks for assignment.

All domains which are offered for sale are offered on the basis of all transfer fees being included in the price.

Once a price has been agreed and you have agreed to purchase the domain you will be required to pay the full asking price by Bank Transfer to us directly at our UK bank account. We will then endeavour to get the domain transferred to you as quickly as possible.

We will work on the basis that time is of the essence and endeavour to ensure all transfers and assignments are completed within a timely manner.

We will not deal with any agencies. We will only deal directly with individuals or companies who wish to purchase directly from us.

We will not accept payment via any method other than direct bank transfer in GBP sterling. All payments will have to be cleared before transfer/assignment is initiated.

Depending on the amount of the sale price we may need to carry out due diligence and other tasks required of us by law as a responsible company under the money laundering regulations. This may require further disclosure from the buyer and your co-operation will be required to ensure that we can deal with matters in a timely manner.

We will require photographic ID and possibly other forms of identification as necessary together with any company registration details before any sale can be concluded.
